Which combination of approaches fits this particular situation?
A lens, held lightly.
Spiral Dynamics draws on Clare W. Graves’s developmental work and was popularized by Don Beck and Christopher Cowan. The simplified prompts here are our interpretations for reflection. They are not a personality assessment, a scientific diagnosis, or a ranking of people and cultures.
People can draw on different values in different contexts. The point is to notice what a situation calls for and ask which needs are being missed. Our purple visual identity is a design choice, not a declaration of a developmental stage.

Try it with a real question.
Think of a decision your group faces. Move through the colors and ask what each prompt helps you notice. Write down the concerns in everyday language. Then test whether this adds insight beyond simpler explanations such as missing information, resource constraints, or competing interests.
